Baja Chimichanga

A large flour tortilla stuffed with sautéed shrimp, bell peppers, onions and fried to a golden crisp then drizzled with queso dip and green tomatillo sauce. Served with beans, rice, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes and guacamole.
