Burrito Chile Verde

A large flour tortilla stuffed with tender pork simmered in a tomatillo sauce, chile verde, rice and refried beans then drizzled with green tomatillo sauce. Garnished with guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, queso fresco and green scallions.
