Chimichanga Fajita

Fajita style chicken or steak grilled with onions, peppers and jack cheese stuffed in a large flour tortilla, fried to a golden crisp and topped with red enchilada sauce and queso dip. Served with beans and rice garnished with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes and guacamole.
